蓝牙耳机TELEC认证的标准，1995年，爱立信公司先提出蓝牙概念。蓝牙规范采用微波频段工作，传输速率每秒1M字节，传输距离10米，通过增加发射功率可达到100米。蓝牙技术是全球开放的，在全球范围内具有很好的兼容性，全世界可以通过低成本的无形蓝牙网连成一体，蓝牙技术不仅仅运用于电脑，像移动电话、数字相机、摄像机、打印机、传真机、家电等许许多多电子设备都可以采用蓝牙技术，实现无线连通，而不必拖一条尾巴（连接线）。

日本《无线电法》要求，对无线电设备进行型号核准（即技术法规符合性认证）。telec认证是强制性的，认证机构为mic在无线电设备范围认可的注册认证机构telec（telecomengineeringcenter）是日本无线电设备符合性认证的主要注册认证机构，telec在日本也叫mic认证，telec为mic发证机构之一，故统称telec认证。

无线通信设备telec认证需要提交的资料

(1)技术型号规格表（technicaltypespecification form）；

(2)质量申明管理系统（declarationof system）；

(3)质量证书的控制批准方法或者iso9001证书（letterof control confirmation methodormanufacturer’s iso 9001certificate）；

(4)结构保护批准证书（letterof constructionprotection confirmation）；

(5)宣称的额定功率（ratedpowerdeclaration）；

(6)天线报告（antennareport）；

(7)测试报告(testreports(including testresults,test setup photos and examinations carried out)；

（8）(block diagram, schematicdiagram, bill of material, partsplacement, ic data sheets, internaland external，photos,product deion,usermanual,operational/technicaldeion, deion of pheripherals/accessories)；

(9)标签信息（labelinformation(labellocation,label content)）；
